CAHPS

Partner With the Leader in CAHPS
CAHPS® (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) is a standardized survey mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to measure quality and performance within specific healthcare segments. In some care settings, CAHPS affects reimbursement rates for providers that fail to achieve compliance. In others, CAHPS is not yet required, but is available for participation on a voluntary basis.
National Research Corporation has been involved with CAHPS programs since the beginning of the CMS initiative, participating in the very first CAHPS program for health plans. Today, National Research is listed as #1 among the largest patient satisfaction measurement firms in the U.S. (Source: Modern Healthcare. Learn more)
Innovative CAHPS Strategies
CAHPS sets National Research apart as the true thought leader in patient experience. This is due to our longstanding belief in measuring behaviors to improve outcomes. Satisfaction measurements alone are one dimensional and insufficient to uncover actionable improvement opportunities. National Research brings innovative strategies to its CAHPS programs to provide value to healthcare customers, providers, and taxpayers.
