SUMMARY OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, WORK PERFORMED AND DESIRED OUTCOMES OR RESULTS:
Progressive, fast-paced healthcare market research environment. The Measurement Services Associate is responsible for collaborating with a Measurement Services Manager to meet multiple project deadlines, performing thorough quality checks on all aspects of the projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for setup, ongoing maintenance and overall management of survey measurement program for a limited book of business
- Responsible for assisting with projects identified by Measurement Services Managers
- Ensures that all assigned projects are meeting and exceeding the contract, deadline, quality standards and budgetary requirements.
- Assists Analyst with report verification, proofing and editing issues as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: |
Research methodology coursework helpful.
|
|
Experience: |
Experience in data entry systems, scheduling and/or project management is preferred. Experience in working in project administration and/or with complex business systems applications is required. Knowledge of research methodology and healthcare terminology is helpful.

Communication / Organizational Skills: |
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with teams and interface with clients in order to ensure project schedule and delivery on project activities and reports. Must be able to work effectively in teams in an environment characterized by multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and client demands. Must be able to interface with clients in project set-up and problem resolution. Ability to prioritize and attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through are essential. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Computer Skills: |
MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience in working with complex business software applications is preferred. |
